Lights keep changing to their own theme. Can’t get them to synch properly. Even though both are set to 100% bright. One is dimmer.

Would you please unplug the power adapter of the product for 10mins and then plug it back in to check the issue?
You could also reset the device and see if it helps.

I absolutely love my lites on the outside front of my house. The gentleman that put them up had an easy time putting them up. I would turn my lites on differently every nite, but I’m sure my neighbors would hate me after a while. My grandkids love coming to Grandma’s and being surprised as to which lites will be on.

The lights took more than 2 hours to set up by my electrician only to start falling down after a few days. My neighbor, who had the same lights said he had to buy special nails to anchor them in place because the nails that came with the lights did not work for him. This now meant paying someone to set up the lights again and buying other tools. Also concerned about the integrity of the outdoor modulator which i read from another review seem to malfunction in the rain. This task of putting up the now became a very expensive project, only to find I may not get completely reimbursed for my purchase. For me, this was an expensive lesson which only left me feeling frustrated and miserable.
The fee to return the item was very high since I purchased directly from the company. The nightmare only continues.
