Can’t get lights to come on worked for about a week and now they won’t come on. It started out each end would light up bit not the middle now none lights up. They are connected power supply light on

I ordered these lights after installing some for several customers. I am an electrician and when it comes to permanent exterior lighting, I feel these are the best option on the market. I've only had mine in for about a month but they have exceeded my expectations.
