Really good air conditioner/ heat

80 lbs and left on sidewalk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner is obscenely heavy. 80lbs, and FedEx left on the sidewalk, wouldn’t even help bring it up the steps. When I finally got it in the house, I couldn’t even set it up because the plug is not compatible with my outlets. It’s a 230v and the lines are like this -| instead of | |. I purposely picked the smaller btu which is compatible after reading that this one wasn’t, but somehow ended up with this as my selection. I can’t even use an outlet adapter since it can’t support the voltage. Sigh.

Works really good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit it great for smaller to medium size rooms. It easily cools the room without taking long to cool it. I tried the heat option as well to test it and it works really well too but feel like it takes a little longer to heat up the room. It was easy to set up and easy to figure out how to use it.

Need an outlet adapter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Luckily, the size of the window AC actually fits. It’s compacted and easy to install. However, my issue is the plug in is not compatible to the standard US outlet. We are not able to actually use it yet until we get an adapter.

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Keystone air conditioner works great. My husband uses it in his office. It was easy to set up. It's good quality and not noisy. It comes with a remote which is nice. There's also heater mode which works well but haven't used it since it's summer but will come in handy during cooler weather.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install as it is already assembled. It does not make a difference in energy consumption so your power bill won’t change just a few cents however I used this in the summer and not in the winter so the heat could possibly cost more energy. Its not super loud just a little bit louder than a normal fan. This is a 220 v if you don’t have a 220 outlet do not buy this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best window A/C I ve ever used and since we live in texas in the winter the Heat pump option works great. The limit of ourside temps needing to be above 41 is no problem at all. In the last the lowest recorded temp in texas where we live has only been lower than 41 for 1 day in the last seven years.
