[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Keystone Window Air Conditioner with 11,000 BTU with Supplemental Heat capabilities is an amazing quality product. It comes with easy to read instructions and it's easy to install. I love the way it's designed. It's definitely made to last and is very durable. It comes with a remote control for easy access. It runs like a dream and you don't hear a sound either. It cools and heats amazingly. I highly recommend this product.

Good unit with both heat and AC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a solid unit. Not too heavy. Easy enough to install in window. The best is that it is an AC but in winter can give heating capability. Too cold to turn on AC right now but excited to try the AC part of it

No more hot summer nights
