[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner until looks very nice and has worked very well for us. It does weigh a lot but we were able to move it around and pick it up to put in the window. The installation was very easy and it seems to be great!

Quiet and cold!

Love the addition of heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost installation is simple, it will pop in your window like any other window unit, I would absolutely recommend using brackets to stabilize it and will add those at a later time. The unit is very heavy but surprisingly not as large as I had anticipated so two people might need to be involved with the installation. For reference, the unit is approximately 19 inches wide and 14 high so it is great for smaller windows. The cooling capabilities are great, we decided this would be the perfect addition to my husbands garage where he spends many hours doing his woodworking. So far this spring we have had 80 degree days and he was nice and cool without having to run this at full capacity. We have also had days in the 50’s and that extra bit of heat allowed him to work comfortably. The heat is only supplementary and will not work if the outside temperature is below 23, but during these spring days where we get temperature swings it is perfect for keeping comfortable. The noise levels are not too high for a window unit. The programmable feature of the the remote is nice in that you can set it before leaving to ensure you have a warm/cool space when you get home. I would say that the one downside is this is not WiFi compatible which would have been nice, it’s not a dealbreaker but something that I have become accustomed to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are using this air conditioner/heater for out garage and it was amazing it is not loud what’s so ever the weight is the same as a medium sized cooler the assembly was very easy and self explanatory it cools fast and heats fast as well

Great & Powerful AC Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Keystone 8000 BTU 115V window air conditioner with 3500 BTU supplemental heat capacity is a fantastic powerful unit that anyone would be proud to own! It's specifically made for rooms 3505 SQ ft with a window with a Ht 16.5 in & a W 26.8 inches . The adjustable , pleated window mounting kit is included making installation a breeze. It's a very quiet unit with 3 cooling speeds, 3 fan speeds & 1 heat speed. An adjustable 4 way air-flow direction allows you to control the direction of the cool air with 4 way louvers. Electronic controls with LED display allows you to easily select options with the touch of a button. A temp sensing remote allows you to control temp from across the room . A programable 24 hr on/off timer cools on your schedule. In the event of a power outage an auto-restart feature saves your settings for when the power is restored. There is even an easy clean , tilt-out mesh filter with a check filter alert on the unit for easy maintenance . The 7 ft power cord uses the standard 115V electrical outlet. The installation of the unit is easy & took no time at all. The unit produces a great amount of cooling but is not meant to be used as a primary heat source. I was provided the opportunity by Influenster to install & use this air conditioner for free in exchange for an honest review. I can honestly say this Keystone AC unit is a fantastic little unit that provides a tremendous amount of cooling for such a small unit & it is also very quiet . Great AC & a great buy!!

Weird plug situation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The air conditioning and heat on this unit work well. But it wouldn’t replace an entire heating system. Works perfect for us when we use our garage as an added living space though. The major downside is that it requires a specialized outlet which is not easily accessible in most homes.

Sleep much better
