Well built and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a replacement for 30 in wall mount with kit. Only issue for me was it took a long time to arrive. Came in great shape and works great. Bought the whirlpool 30in kit and it all fit well and mounting the mirowave was very easy. I recommend this unit if you need a good looing microwave in a wall install.

Door unlock / latching mechanism mechanism breaks

dDoor broke one week after we got it

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Powerful, works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit was a warranty replacement for the previous one in which the interior light failed. Operational-wise, it works just as well as the previous one did. It is super powerful and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. There is a new feature that requires you to hit the unlock button before you can press the button to open to door. Apparently this is a new UL requirement but as I did, you can disable this feature if you have no little ones with access to the unit, or as in my case, the unit is wall installed. Happy with features and function
