[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave was installed by my builder. I moved in and it started tripping breakers. I waited for a month for a replacement and first time using it broke with my food inside - can’t get the door open. Now waiting another month for a replacement. Food still inside the microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not really happy with it. It came with our new house and the first one broke the first time I used it. The button to open it broke. I don’t like that there isn’t a number pad. It’s tough to set a time for certain things. The turn table keeps going off track as well. It does heat well and quickly.

worst feature is the two step door opening- why?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit and it's trim kit seem well made and very sturdy, BUT. after three days something happened to the door loch system. Door will not open in spite of doing everything suggested in the owners manual. Waiting for Dec 10 service appointment ( 15 day wait) good thing we have our spare GE microwave
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave came with the house I had build. The door latching/lock mechanism is faulty. I have had 4 replacements between September 2025 and December 2025. Very disappointing.
