[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave came with the house I had build. The door latching/lock mechanism is faulty. I have had 4 replacements between September 2025 and December 2025. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so sad when I broke the other one with the 2 step, it was very problematic and difficult for my elderly parents to use. But the new one has all the same problems as before.

Well built and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a replacement for 30 in wall mount with kit. Only issue for me was it took a long time to arrive. Came in great shape and works great. Bought the whirlpool 30in kit and it all fit well and mounting the mirowave was very easy. I recommend this unit if you need a good looing microwave in a wall install.

Door unlock / latching mechanism mechanism breaks
