[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a new Palm Harbor home and after install and trim out we go to test the microwave and the door does NOT open. Buttons work and lights are on but door does not open. Now I go register product for warranty and then I am told we will have a new one by December 13th. I try not to be harsh on reviews and on people but I seriously hope this date came be pushed up by a long time so we can actually utilize a microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrible! Broke within first week. I have had a cup of coffee trapped inside for over a week while I wait for them to replace it! All this after my other whirlpool microwave died just short of 1 year.
