[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new microwave's safety feature talks a little getting used to, as well as not having any numbers to select. All in all I do like the microwave once you become accustomed to the changes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our current microwave was a replacement of the previous microwave that came with our new Pulte Home appliance package. We bought the house in 4/2024. The original microwave button would stick and not want to open. After a few months, I contacted Whirlpool and they took care of a replacement without any hassle. I did have to wait for a date for the new appliance install but the switch was taken care of quickly and professionally. We received a brand new appliance that works perfectly.

It does have alot of features on it.
