[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had it a week and we really like this model. It is much quieter than our prior Whirlpool model both in terms of running and in terms of soft door open and closure. We really like the quick buttons on this model too. Since we really like this model, we hope it lasts longer than our previous Whirlpool microwave which was purchased new in 2021 and but only lasted 4 years.

Warranty microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is a warranty replacement unit and is not the same model that I had. I do not like that there is no clock on it and no keypad to enter specific cooking times. I was not given an owners manual so I do not know how to fully operate it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave a few weeks ago and I'm happy with it so far. I used it with a trim kit to give it a built-in appearance as a replacement to a prior Whirlpool model that died after 5 years. I'm hoping that this one last just as long or longer. I would have liked more of the stainless steel, but it still looks nice with the stainless steel trim kit. Interior is plenty big. Good value.
