[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our current microwave was a replacement of the previous microwave that came with our new Pulte Home appliance package. We bought the house in 4/2024. The original microwave button would stick and not want to open. After a few months, I contacted Whirlpool and they took care of a replacement without any hassle. I did have to wait for a date for the new appliance install but the switch was taken care of quickly and professionally. We received a brand new appliance that works perfectly.

It does have alot of features on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old microwave finally gave up the ghost so had to get new. Looked at updated version. Could not get white so had to settle for stainless. Really wasn’t ready to change. Works great much improved over the older model. Easy installation and fit was perfect.

Great Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to replace our old over the stove microwave. Very happy with it. It has some new features compared to the old one. It is relatively easy to learn how things work. It is trial by error on some of the foods. All in all it is very nice. It is part of a new kitchen remodel.

Confusing Instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The directions do not give all the necessary information needed to make it easy to use. The directions say to view a video to help use it, but the video was unavailable. Instead of just entering the minutes you want to cook something the auto 15 seconds make you key multiple minutes and multiple plus to get the time you need.
