Terrible quality

I was extremely disappointed with this microwave. On the very first day of use, the button to open the door broke. The button is made from a very fragile material, and the quality is extremely poor. It feels like it wasn’t designed to withstand regular use. I expected much more durability from a product like this, but unfortunately, it failed to meet even basic expectations. Would not recommend this microwave to anyone looking for long-lasting quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Functions Well, Hate the stop button feature

Functions well...... but that new feature to stop the microwave while it is running is annoying. I have tried to disable it, which it says I can, but I have had no luck. It appears the days of opening the microwave and it stopping on its own is no longer an option.

Do Not Purchase

This was a replacement microwave because the first one, that was part of our building package through Pulte homes, had a faulty access button/lever. This one lasted a few months and has now stopped working due to a broken access button/lever. I don’t even know how anyone rated this thing anything above 1 star. I guess because when it was working it did get the food warm?? Low bar but ok. It’s a terrible setup on top of the cheap button. Where is the key pad? We are civilized and are capable of choosing our own cooking time instead of some sort of mathematical formula that determines our cook time for us. Terrible product.

Easy to use and self-explanatory about its featur

Good but not great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one a month ago as a replacement for a 6yr old model like it that burned up. It had developed a problem where it kept on running when the door shut. Anyway, I hope this one does not do that. The 1200W power on this one is stronger than the former one. Not a good thing. I don’t really like the controls on this one either. There is less control on the time. I am older (71), but even my 27year old granddaughter had difficulty operating it.

Horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought a new home and the first time I use it breaks. Over the weekend I went to use the microwave for the first time hit the unlock and proceeded to open the door and it popped unable to open the door with a fish dinner in it. I am not a happy camper now this microwave has to be replaced. But I do not want the same model because this is ridiculous. There are other people in my new development that are complaining also
