[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loud and keypad is hard to interpret compared to older model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Still Learning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the convection oven and air frying features. I am still learning how to use the microwave because of the differences in the control procedures from my previous Kitchen Aid microwave only oven.

Not loving it yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The verdict is still out on this microwave oven. I dislike how dark is it when cooking food. Also it has a door lock function which is very annoying. There are a lot of features with bake, grill, convection. I have not used them all yet. Kitchenaid always had good instructions and recipe books but not with this. There are a few pages of instructions and they are not great. We will see if my opinion changes over time.

Great Features, Tough to Learn
on February 14, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven has excellent features but it is not intuitive, not easy to learn and not easy to operate. There are no numerical digits on the panel. The operator needs to know what food is being cooked and the weight of the food to select the correct power level and cooking time. Over time, it should get easier to learn and use the machine. The air fryer and the bake/broil features are great to have and keep your counter clear.

Good microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great microwave. However I gave 4 stars for a few reasons. 1. I don't like that their is no number key for inputting exact time. Is 1min, 2min, 3min and with +/- keys to add or subtract once starts. Is annoying, but seems most brands are now like this. 2. The glass table makes a loud squeaking sound often. And happens no matter if light or heavier dish. Planning to contact KitchenAid about this. 3. Air Fryer. Just did not work very well. But maybe this is me and I need to work with more to get it right. Just using my oven works best. Overall, I do recommend this mircrowave.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pretty microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the look of this microwave for a countertop(most are pretty bulky and an eye sore). In terms of cooking performance, I would say it is pretty average. Doesn’t cook things extra speedy but not horrible power. Does get a little loud when it’s turned off but still “cooling off”

Good microwave, but awkward to set the cook time
on February 25, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It appears to be a good microwave, we've had it for 2 months now.
But sometimes setting the time to cook or the runner is awkward. There are no individual numbers to press (ie 0-9), so times can only be done in a minimum of 15 secs.

Full featured microwave with airfryer
on March 4, 2025
Posted by: Fiesty Foody
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new KitchenAid microwave with airfryer works well and looks great in our kitchen. It has all the standard microwave features plus convection and airfry settings. Having the airfry feature incorporated freed up counter space from the stand alone air fryer.
