wall cracked and buckled...only lasted 8 yrs.

Microwave has great features

All match except for the microwave. Totally different shade of stainless. Wouldn’t be so bad but the microwave and my oven are built in on top of each other not sure why this would be

Fit the bill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace our older microwave and had to find one that fit in the same cabinet hole. This one, along with a new trim kit, works great. Had some features that I really liked on my old one, that are different on this one. Definitely a learning curve (like setting the clock).
I put my grandkids pictures on the trim kit, so wanted to make sure our new one was magnetic. It has the print shield, but it is magnetic.Went back with the KitchenAid as several of our other appliances are KitchenAid and I like things to match.

Double lock system is horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave has a double lock system. That is horrible. This is my third replacement microwave because the button breaks.
Also, this is a pretty pricey microwave and the front where the numbers are scratches very easily just with wiping off fingerprints. The button that you push to open it is this off black color that constantly looks smudged from the minute. I got it. It’s a pretty functional microwave, but the Outside with the buttons are looks horrible. And under a month.

New operating features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes a little extra effort to learn the new features but once you have mastered them, it is easy to use. Worjs great! My only complaint is it doesn’t match my oven which is built in below it and I have only had it a year!
