Instant regret

Have had it two weeks and the door latch is already broke. Door won’t open. Serial number is inside so it’s a nightmare trying to get warranty.
In addition to that, you can’t see anything when it’s cooking and it’s super loud.
Microwave just feels like plastic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awful design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst design in any microwave I have ever owned. The power level is operated by positive and negative buttons. There are no numbers 1-9 on this machine. Set the time to cook is a ridiculous process of adding minutes or seconds using positive and negative signs. This was not a purchase but a replacement due to a faulty model. I would never choose this model. Should have returned for better model

Ok microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave about a month ago and found it odd it only had numbers 1-6. No 7-9. Also the light is dim while it’s actually cooking. Wish it was brighter.

Slowly but surely, we have been in the process of updating our appliances and this microwave is such a perfect addition. It fits perfectly into our custom cabinet as is, but we order the kit for a more custom look. This sleek microwave is not only a head turner, it also comes with a TON of preset functions. My favorites being “soften” to get that perfect ice cream or butter, and my absolute favorite…. A STEAM CLEAN function. Cleaning the microwave no longer has to be the bane of my existence and that feature alone had me sold, the rest are just bonuses!
