Broke after two weeks. BAD Service

Nice machine but lacking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave came with our house. Overall it’s great. I like the individual minute options but I don’t like that there aren’t individual numbers to cook something, say, 10 seconds. Or, time and level of microwave, like 10 seconds on level 7. I have to use the 30 second button and then stop when needed. If those other options are available, I can’t figure it out. Too complicated.

Would not buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] None of the features are intuitive. This was installed by my builder, so I’m stuck with it, but would never buy it. My last microwave (GE) was super intuitive when using features like defrost, soften, etc. This one is not!! It’s even weird about setting the amount of time I want something to be microwaved. Finally, it comes preset with a two-step process for opening the door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Appliance

Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Door locked and unable to open after 3 weeks of owning it. Had to be completely replaced. Many other neighbors had same complaint. I hope they stand by their products
