Worst design ever…since the early 80’s

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whoever designed this microwave does not cook. No one wants to add time in five second increments then add minutes, then OOPS too much and have to start all over. Microwaves that don’t match the oven, purchased at the same time, are a total waste of time. It needs a keypad to set time and power levels. Pushing + or - just to try to get close is absolutely insane. If I could give this zero or negative stars, believe me, I would. And a backlit keypad would be nice so every light in the [great room, open plan] kitchen isn’t needed.
Worst microwave we’ve ever owned…since the early 1980’s!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this microwave for over a month. We really do like it . The only issue I have is when I want a specific time on my food. I wish I could just put that time in without having to do it differently.
I would recommend this to a friend!
