Defective product

Bought new and the Air condition does not work. Didn’t get a chance to test it out. The condenser turn on but the fan does not blow any air. ( fan also did not work in fan mode)

I never see the air conditioner. Also, you guys stole my money, not refund me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it for a spare.I unboxed it and started it up it seemed to cool very good and was quiet.Will find out in the future how good it is.
