Very nice unit

I am extremely pleased with this unit unit. I have not taken it off of Eco cool because it cools so nice and efficient. I don’t need to put it on Max. Also love that easy clean filter would definitely recommend and definitely purchase again.

Issues after 6 months

Bought this air conditioner brand new from LG. Kept it in the box until I needed it. Put it in and it ran about 6 months and went down on CH34. Got to looking and the fan came loose and messed up the condenser and tore up the fan blades. You would think that a brand new a/c wouldn’t do this after 6 months.

LG Air conditioner

This is my third LG Air conditioner. This year I ordered a new one. It was banged up and sent it right back. I then ordered a new one and it was also defected but I kept it. I sent a letter to LG but know answer. I felt where it was damaged that it should be covered a little longer.

So near yet so far!

It cools just fine. Could be a little quieter. It replaced an 18000 BTUh LG unit. They are physically very similar. Same dimensions, similar controls. The new unit dropped right into the old unit’s space. The only real difference is the cord on the new unit IS ABOUT SIX INCHES SHORTER!!! THANKS SO MUCH TO DIMWT CHEAPSKATE LG for making me move the outlet!
