Defective product

Bought new and the Air condition does not work. Didn’t get a chance to test it out. The condenser turn on but the fan does not blow any air. ( fan also did not work in fan mode)

So near yet so far!

It cools just fine. Could be a little quieter. It replaced an 18000 BTUh LG unit. They are physically very similar. Same dimensions, similar controls. The new unit dropped right into the old unit’s space. The only real difference is the cord on the new unit IS ABOUT SIX INCHES SHORTER!!! THANKS SO MUCH TO DIMWT CHEAPSKATE LG for making me move the outlet!

LG Air conditioner

This is my third LG Air conditioner. This year I ordered a new one. It was banged up and sent it right back. I then ordered a new one and it was also defected but I kept it. I sent a letter to LG but know answer. I felt where it was damaged that it should be covered a little longer.

Lasted one month before breaking.
