Very nice upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new washing machine so we decided to get a complete laundry set. Out previous Whirlpool Duet washer kept malfunctioning and causing us to have to run several cycles to get our laundry clean. Our 23year old Kenmore gas dryer was as reliable as the sunrise, but having the washer on a pedestal and the dryer on the floor made it difficult to unload the laundry from the dryer. These new machines are wonderful to use and do a fantastic job cleaning our laundry. I have hope that they will last us for many years, I insisted specifically to buy Whirlpool machines due to the past experience and reputation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the large capacity drum and how quiet the dryer runs. Also, the “sound of music” to let you know when the cycle is complete is an added bonus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had both washer and dryer I bought 17 years ago and was very happy with them. I finally had an issue with the washer and tried to fix it myself with no success and calling in a repairman was prohibitively expensive so I replaced them both. So far they are great,an improvement over the old ones. Hopefully they will outlast me.

Wouldn’t recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s not as convenient as my old Whirlpool. Cancelling the cycle isn’t easy like it used to be.
Bottom line is I really don’t like it and wouldn’t recommend it. But I do like it better than its companion washer.

The Whirlpool companion washer takes 4 hours! in the clean cycle. 4 hours!!! What’s up with that?
