Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered your washer and dryer because we were so mappy with our former models of Whirpool, but I must say I iam disappinted. Aftera lengthy drying cycle some of the clothes are not dry. Never had this problem with the older model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a great dryer, dries clothes fast but I’m disappointed because I can’t get the Wi-Fi to connect to it. My washer connected easily but the dryer won’t connect:(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not Impressed. Unable to reach anyone at Whirlpool for operational assistance. Online printout instructions were oblique at best. It's a Dryer! How complicated does it have to be?
