Old machine (also Whirlpool) worked better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 weeks old. Dark control panel is very hard to read. Automatic drying leaves clothes very slightly damp. In hindsight, I should have kept old machine (the paired washer had died) and ignored salesman warnings that lifetime of machines (mine was 13 yrs old) dictated a probable near term failure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My clothes don’t get dry and each time I use it the dryer does some sort of soft reset and that happens 3-4 times each time I try to use the dryer. No user manual provided and can’t review a trouble shooting chart. Hate it! It’s only a few weeks old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
