I am not happy with this dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dryer for 9 days, the light doesn't always come on when the door is open. Twice the dryer stopped and had an error code displayed. Powered the unit off and back on to get it going.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from our 20 yrs old Samsung dryer. That was a great dryer mind you. But after I replaced the heater, thermometer, and thermiter. Still had over heat issues only thing left was to do a full tare down together under the drum for yet another sensor. I was over it. And most tech laugh when I ask if you service my area (outside of town). So que our new dryer and a washer too. Stackable which is great freed up a buch of floor space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer works good but has a couple design flaws. The dryer throws all the clothes toward the door even though it is perfectly level. Clothes get thrown against the lint trap. Also, lint trap is hard to remove. And dirt collects between door and rubber seal on inside. I have to use an old toothbrush to remove it all the time. A man must have designed this dryer!! Take my advice and buy a different dryer!

Love my new dryer. I also purchased pedestals for more storage.Purchased in January and it has been put to use over 30 times. I am pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will only rate the dryer as the retailer would get a poor review but the dryer gets a good review. It drys efficiently and quickly. I like the Wrinkle Shield feature. I have always preferred Whirlpool brand.

Whirlpool Dependable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Received an error code in the first week. Performed a reset and it is working well. Very efficient. Clothes are drying more efficiently and much faster than the 20 year old model that it replaced…which was also Whirlpool. Hoping for the same durability.
