[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within a few days the dryer leaked leaving puddles in front of the dryer. It takes two cycles to dry my sheets. Would not recommend this appliance.

Good dryer. WiFi feature is useless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like all the features of this dryer but I have some issues as well. The door needs to be closed very hard, almost slammed, for it to recognize being closed and start. Having to hold the start button for 3 seconds is annoying. It would be nice to push the button and it start. The WiFi feature is cute and it’s nice that it alerts me that the load is done, but it would be useful it I could start the load (like a quick dry or anti wrinkle) from the app as my dryer is in the basement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really Wish I Could Say 5 Stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer seemed like a good replacement for my 18 year old Whirlpool Duet Steam Dryer. Lots of cycles, and good steam refresh function, which I use frequently. No Damp Dry cycle but does have a customizable cycle hat i thought I would use for that.
The One-Star review is because I was declared a defective dryer, a rather impressive leak through the door whenever a Steam Cycle is used. Contacted Whirlpool right away and they scheduled a warranty repair or replace appointment for the very next day. That vendor never showed up and did not contact me about anything. Called Whirlpool again, trying to find a different local vendor for the repair/replace and was informed that there was NO OTHER LOCAL VENDOR I was allowed to schedule an appointment with, my warranty would be voided if I did. Have continued to try to schedule something with the vendor I am forced to use but here I am, more than a week out from delivery, with a defective dryer and no repair appointment!
Shocked that this is the same Whirlpool company that I have bought many products from and never before had an experience that even comes close to what I am experiencing. No idea what to do now. (Tried to upload video of problem but site won't allow me to do that.)

Quiet and efficient dryer!

It offers a variety of drying options, including specialty cycles for items like delicates , bedding, whites, towels etc. The moisture sensor helps prevent over-drying by automatically adjusting drying time based on moisture levels. Large capacity dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Whirlpool WFW6720RR and WED6720RR washer and dryer combo are a modern upgrade to my laundry room. Since our last washer/dryer our family has grown and having 5.0 cuft of space for all of our clothes mean that we can get away with a single load vs. splitting into two. Surprisingly the opening of the washer and dryer feels a touch smaller than units we've had in the past from other brands, but it doesn't impede our ability to load/unload.
The dryer in this pair is excellent. I haven't had to re-run the dry cycle due to clothes still being damp. The steam feature is great for wrinkle-prone clothes coming out perfectly so you don't have to iron. There is enough capacity to fit everything we throw at it. Perfect dryer to pair with the washer.
