[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will need to have a repair person come out. I continue to get messages that the door is not completely shut and it seems to make more noise (vibration) than I think would be normal for a new machine.

Broken

Broken within one week. Would not dry on any cycle other than normal or without opening and re-closing door. Apparently a new part is needed. Sending it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dryer is not Drying Clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clothes are not dry at the end of the cycle. The manual addresses how to install, but nothing is mentioned about what to do if it does not dry clothes. Clothes are drier than when removed from the paired Whirlpool washing machine, but not completely dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in august because I had to buy a vented dryer. I had bought a vent less dryer in 2023 we had a exhaust fan but the dryer motor burnt out. I will never buy vent less again. It took 3 hours to dry each load of wash now takes less than hour to dry. I have all new Whirlpool appliances.
