Great appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My one dryer went out after 15 years so I bought a whirlpool. This new one has so many buttons I was at first confused as to how to use it . After much frustration I called whirlpool customer service and was given expert advice and guidelines for successfully using my dryer . I’ve just finished with my Monday laundry day and can honestly say : I love my new whirlpool dryer !

Too many features, enseless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too bulky. Everytime I try to open my cabinet above it, it turns on. Both washer and dryer. One of the two whistles. I am very angry there's no written manual. I don't have a computer or a printer for my phone. There's a button on the dryer that doesn't even work. None of the timing makes sense. You turn it on a setting that'll say, 1:54, and it washes in about 45 minutes. The tray for soap and bleach is a cheap piece of plastic that gets soaked and is completely flimsy. This whole thing is a nuisance if a gigantic machine. Very disappointed. The fantastic repairman who work with whirlpool even said the engineers only make stuff like this to justify their jobs. Bulky, unnecessary horns and whistles and try to be fancy, for nothing. For nothing? No, for an outrageous amount of money. Oh, but you'll put out a more complicated one in a week or so.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Switches
