Doesn't dry well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Takes forever to dry and still have to run a timed dry cycle to get clothes dried. My vent is cleared so that's not the issue. I feel like my old 13 yr old dryer worked better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great with complications.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new dryer for a couple of weeks. I like the size, design and functionality of the dryer. What is hard to get used to is the requirement to soft start every time you start the dryer. Sometimes it doesn’t work and I have to keep holding the button down and it is super annoying. The problem is when you need to make adjustments to the time or heat in the middle of cycle. Crazy complicated due to limits on digital controls.

Wrinkle prevent is a feature, not a defect! Good p

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good so far. Wrinkle prevent turns tumbler back on and off to move clothes after a cycle. I thought there was something wrong but this is a feature, can easily be turned off.
