Lemon! It won't work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the gas dryer and it won't work! Took 7 hours to get through the call wall. There is no service company in normal driving distance. Whirlpool scheduled service out of Murfreesboro, I live near Chattanooga. Waiting 2 weeks for service. That stinks. As a retiree I am ashamed of their service and product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Fratures, quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and so far so good. Features are great and is quiet, dries clothes quickly. The only thing that i did not like is the feet. The feet are plastic and not the best for leveling the machine. I and to use shims to level this machine. Other than that great so far.
