Poor user interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reason for a three start is the control pad interface. The power button is very sensitive and you have to press and hold the start button to get it to work. Opening the door or turning the mode selection knob should wake up the module and you should have a simple button to turn the thing on. Very frustrating to use on a daily basis and what did this save you in cost but a few pennies.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had it a couple weeks now. Again, being a previous owner of Whirlpool products it was easy to use. The push buttons are very sensitive. The drum is making a squealing noise like it got a mice trapped in it.
