Poor user interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reason for a three start is the control pad interface. The power button is very sensitive and you have to press and hold the start button to get it to work. Opening the door or turning the mode selection knob should wake up the module and you should have a simple button to turn the thing on. Very frustrating to use on a daily basis and what did this save you in cost but a few pennies.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Light inside doesn’t turn on when you open the door to remove a load of clothes that just finished. You have to close the door and open it again for it to come on. I do really like the other features of the dryer though. Just disappointed in the light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not Impressed. Unable to reach anyone at Whirlpool for operational assistance. Online printout instructions were oblique at best. It's a Dryer! How complicated does it have to be?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a great dryer, dries clothes fast but I’m disappointed because I can’t get the Wi-Fi to connect to it. My washer connected easily but the dryer won’t connect:(

Great dryer for the money
