Not drying all the way

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Look great but stopped drying the clothes the first week we had it. The dryer shuts off after 10-15 min and the clothes are still damp. Tried other cycles and the same thing happens. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer, ran well first 3 or 4 uses. When it would Start, it would run for 10 minutes . Then Switch to Cooling down mode for 5 minutes. Then Shut Off…
