[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my washer for only a week but so far I’m disappointed. The manual is pretty useless. The time the wash will take is very variable. The cycle indicates a 30 minute wash, but then finishes in 15 minutes and is too wet to move to dryer. A 50 minute wash may take over an hour. I don’t understand what is meant by Reset when the washer is turned on or what Sensing is supposed to do at the start of the cycle. No idea what Fresh Flow is supposed to mean. Very poor documentation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the front load and that it has the Freshflow Vent System so we don't need to leave the door open when not in use under normal circumstances. We opted for a pedestal for the washer, and it gives us needed storage space. It does add a bit more wobble when the washer is in spin cycle, but not much more than our old unit. Gets the clothes clean in a reasonable time as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have owned this washer for about two weeks, have washed several loads of clothing, bathroom towels and sheets from beds. Each load was great. It's going to take a little time to remember to hold the start button for about three seconds to start the wash.
