Our old Duet washer will be hard to match

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the new washer except for two things: One, there no longer is a cancel button. I like that option. Also, the buttons are not backlighted, so it is hard to read them. I miss the analog simpliity of my old Duet washer.

Poor "new" Model Upgrades = Downgeacdes

1. The system will not spin our bathroom rugs. The pevious one would. Try hand twisting small rugs to get a ton of water out. Not very nice to reduce capabilities.
2. All the cycles are about ten minutes longer or more.
3. This replacement Model of our old machine was "Improved" by making the door bigger by expanding it to be almost as wide and tall as the machine, the eigth taller by 1 inchh and the pull out detergent drawer shorter. Makes it much more difficult to use on our under cabinet situation. The bigger door covers the about same size as the front of the machine yet the opening is about the same size as the old machine so there doesn't;t seem to be any value to that. It is all incovient.
4. I scanned in the model and serial numbers and then tried to connect it to my WiFi but website says it doesn't recognizenise the numbers.
Making a machine to look cool but perform worse is not an improvement! It's a washer and it be more utilitarian and useful not less.

Exactly what I needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washing machine. Large capacity. Quiet. Fun that it can connect to my phone. Gets my clothes very clean without using much water, which I don’t fully understand. It’s brand new but has literally no smell after a load of laundry. I prop the door open between washes so I haven’t had to use the dry-drum function. All in all, does what it’s supposed to and looks great doing it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am only 10 days into using my new washing machine, so have not had to address machine cleanliness yet. I have read the manual, so am prepared with the washer Affresh treatment, when the indicator lights up. I have been happy with load size/capacity, but have not tackled washing a king-sized comforter yet. We are managing moisture by leaving the door and drawer open after loads are finished, and have not had any problem with machine odor. I am satisfied to pleased with the cleanliness and freshness of my completed loads of laundry.

Good Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washing machine to replace a Whirlpool that we purchased 15 years ago . Our old machine was used very hard and served us well. This washer is about 3" taller then our old one. The capacity is a great size , slightly bigger then our original machine . This unit has a Steam Clean feature , and also a Drain and Spin feature . we recently purchased this unit , so we did not try out all the different options . So far , we love this machine ,and believe it is doing a great job . !
