[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the washer dryer stackable unit for a few months now. I love the ability to clean the washer with Affresh, especially because of the dogs. I also love the drying feature in the wash tub...helps with the musty oder.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Come a long Way!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving it. The features are very clear. Easy to start. The time for different cycles more than 1/2 less than our other machine. Capacity very reasonable, the sensor very accurate. Feel like we will be able to save more with electricity and water.

Great front load washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new Whirlpool front loader washing machine. Has a large capacity barrel and does a great job washing my clothes. Front lower part of the unit has a easy access to pull the filter for cleaning. My old unit had too remove the entire back to get to the filter. You'll love this one.

Good features, but some problem areas too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a previous Whirlpool front load washer that I loved, but it developed a problem that was too costly to fix for a ten year old machine, so I bought this one. It's pretty similar to the past machine, but several things about it are still a mystery to me. I don't now how to work some of the features. Not arriving with a user manual is problematic. Sure, I've downloaded it from the WP site, but that 's not always convenient.
Overall, I'm happy with performance. I do think my clothes are cleaner than the old machine was managing, but the spin cycle is much less effective than the older machine. It definitely takes longer to dry the clothes from this washer, even after two spin cycles. Smaller capacity than the old machine. I hope this machine lasts longer that the old one did. I do really like the freshness features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pet hair stick to the rubber gasket around the door opening and is very hard to get off. the hair also accumulates on the lower part of the clear window on the door and needs to be cleaned off often. never had this issue with my Samsung we had for 12 years.
