[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Washer, as well as the Dryer, in March.The dials and panels are slightly different. I have been getting used to the replacements for my 2008 units! Yes, Whirlpool makes great long lasting products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 3 weeks ago. I cannot figure out how to "simply" start the machine washing. It appears that you have to hold the start button until it says "reset" and then hold the start button again to get it going. There's nothing in the manual that explains the start procedure.

Why does it have (does it require?) internet connectivity? That has not been adequately explained to me. I am old, and my life is not so overfull that I would ever need to start a load of wash remotely.
The worst feature is the way overpriced pedestal, which is a cheap, plastic piece of junk.
