[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had it for 3 weeks. It's washing clothing just fine. I don't like how complicated the technology is. To access custom cycles you have to download an app, make a custom cycle and being the cycle with your phone. It's an unnecessary feature for me. I would like to just turn the dial, have it turn on, and then press start. This is a replacement for our 2009 whirlpool front loader. That one had the perfect amount of "tech". Simple presets with easy touch button adjustments. I'll adjust but, it's annoying that you have to hold the start button and the FAN that is meant to prevent mildew will run for hours unless you stop it. I'd love a way to just turn it on for 10 min.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
