It's a washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does what its supposed to do; washes clothes. Spin cycles are loud, especially if the unit is not perfectly level. Even when perfectly level, its still pretty loud. Buttons are hard to read if there's not a lot of light directly on the control panel. Would benefit from having the buttons backlit. Drain hose is very rigid, so getting it to route to our drain was harder than it needed to be. Our unit is brand new with only 1 weeks worth of use, so can't completely judge until we have a few months worth of washes completed.

We bought this washer to replace our old machine that was about 21 years of age (We had no issues with the old machine). What I missed is a "Getting Started" brochure that described what each button or setting did and what options were available under each button or setting.

It’s a game changer . Easy, convenient and reliable is what comes to mind with Whirlpool. I’ve been a customer for years. It’s nice to have appliances I can rely on.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have had the washer for a little over a month, good large capacity, very quiet, a bit of work involved in the maintenance. I really hope the electronics stand the test of time, all of my older washers ran for years with no maintenance.
