DO NOT BUY. TERRIBLE DESIGN AND POOR QUALITY!

Washer Out-of-Balance and Loading Tips
An unbalanced load occurs when the laundry is unevenly distributed, typically during the spin cycle. This can result in:
Symptoms: Loud noise, excessive vibration, reduced spin speed, longer cycle times, and wet clothes.
Self-Correction: The washer attempts to self-correct by adding water and rotating to redistribute the load. If it fails, it may display an error message or stop spinning, requiring manual load redistribution.
Key Solutions for Optimal Performance:
Proper Loading:
Place clothing in loose heaps evenly around the agitator/impeller.
Never overload the washer (clothes should be no higher than the top row of wash basket holes).
Avoid adding too much water, as this reduces cleaning action.
Heavy or Bulky Items:
Check the care label to ensure the item is machine washable in a top-load washer.
For highly absorbent items (quilts, blankets), distribute them in a doughnut shape around the impeller.
Wash two or three similar bulky items (like rugs) instead of just one to help balance the load.

Washer Level:
The washer must be level, with all four feet firmly on the floor. If it rocks when pushed diagonally, it needs to be leveled to prevent excessive noise and vibration during the spin cycle.

Had it for about 5 days and works well so far. Quiet and efficient. It’s our third front load washers, and the changes to control mold build up are appreciated!

Good but look inside the dispenser for mold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well. I live the quick wash cycle and the customizable cycle. But when it arrived there was mold growing inside the detergent dispenser which I had to thoroughly clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my front load as opposed to a top load. It still takes a long time to do a normal load (53-57 minutes), but I like the quick wash feature which is done in 23 minutes. I'm skeptical of the digital panel, as those tend to go out faster. It also will alert you to clean it every 30 loads, which seems a little much to me. You can ignore that and keep washing. I really like all the wash options (even handwash). It doesn't always dissolve the powdered detergent, so I have to mix a little water with the powdered soap to ensure it dissolvecs.
