Can't program favorites, makes it more difficult

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You have to push a lot of buttons to choose Cold water, med spin, etc. It would be a lot easier if you could program the favorites that you use most of the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine uses so much less water, and it is quiet. I was surprised at the washing cycle that is more like a hand wash. Very delicate but thoroughly clean. You must use HE (High Efficiency) laundry detergent and fabric softener due to the low water, as these particular products don’t create soap suds. Overall they are beautifully designed (picked up the matching dryer too along with pedestals).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Exceptional Washer with many features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had the new washer about a month, but we are really liking it. It seems to be much faster than our previous whirlpool washer. The clothes come out very flat because the spin cycle does an awesome job of getting all the excess water out.
