[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this when my Samsung washer died. So far so good. It's North-American made and it's not a TV/cell phone company that makes crappy appliances. It's only been a couple weeks but it works well with the exception that it probably has too many features we don't care about. We were going to buy a similar Maytag with fewer settings but the Whirlpool was a bit less expensive. I did not activate the wifi and maybe won't ever. Installation was typical (easy). 4 stars because it's too soon to tell.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too much noise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd. Front Load Whirlpool Washer. First one was in 2004, stayed with the house when we sold it in 2015. Purchased our second one. Loved both of them. This one not so much. It makes too much noise and shakes a lot in the spin cycle. It is level, we even purchased the vibration pads for it. I was told by Whirlpool they are designed to spin faster to be more eco friendly. I was happier with my older machines. Most likely will not buy another Whirlpool
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
