[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a nonfunctional Samsung. It works; the Samsung did not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer is great and cleans very well.
Owner manual is useless and getting info on buttons and settings has been a nightmare .
Very poor instructions and help line was not good either .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is wonderful. I have always had a Whirlpool appliance, and they have lasted for years. The washer has various options and is quiet and runs smoothly. Enjoy the different settings and options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this at beginning of 2025 as a pair with a dryer. Both work well. Plenty of choices to get the water and soil cleaning levels you want. Musical alerts at end of cycle are pretty.
