I want a washer, not a computer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's new and it's working, but I wish I could control this thing from the machine itself, and not have to download an app, search with Bluetooth, connect to the internet, make sure it's the right frequency, and then do it again. I just want to wash clothes, and shouldn't have to go through all that nonsense just to get a permanent press cycle.

Not Trouble Free

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a washer & dryer three weeks ago and we had a problem with the washer. The spin cycle would not work, we tried several different wash cycles on a three day period without success. On a separate note, instructions are not written well nor do they provide adequate information. Example, I could not find what the symbols on the panel indicate. The troubleshooting section was not complete formative either when tried to troubleshoot the problem we were having.

On/Off button location or sensitivity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with washer and dryer overall. Don’t like how sensitive the on/off button is. When reaching over the top to get into the cupboard, bumping the button will turn the washer or dryer off. Kind of a hassle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased three months ago and it has been extremely efficient. The vent feature is nice as it keeps the clothes from getting that mold smell from sitting wet in the washer for too long after the cycle is complete.
