Owner manual is useless and getting info on buttons and settings has been a nightmare .
Very poor instructions and help line was not good either .

Good washer for our home.

Worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time ever purchasing my own washing machine and I am very happy with this one. I grew up using old top-loaders and after using those same machines in laundromats and military barracks, having my own personal front loading washing machine makes doing the chore pleasurable. Just knowing my clothes are going to be so much cleaner than using conventional machines is very satisfying.
I would recommend this to a friend!
