(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Both the washer and Dryer did not come with any operating instructions. However there was a booklet on how to install. This booklet was useless to the installers as they had done many before out units. A booklet on operating and instructions on temps required for clothing etc. Should have come with the unit as not everyone has on line access. Something to think about.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great pre-soak

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Love the way the washer cleans. It has a lot more cycles than I would or do use. But the pre-soak it especially helpful with towels that are greyed.

I am.using the H.E. laundry soap.
I'm so sorry I bought this front load washer I even pd.more for santizer device so it won't smell..
