Poor quality so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is very loud. Between the loud discharge pump and nearly every load bangs during the spin cycles like it's off balance. We are very unhappy with the performance. To the point where we are going to put a claim on the extended warranty. Maybe there is something wrong.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just as with all front load washers this one is no exception. I had this brand new one a month and I can no longer use it unlesss I run a wash washer cycle for two hours after each load or my clothes stink horribly. Hate it. Hate it. Swore off front loaders years ago due to same issue. Husband thought this would be different having all the features it has to keep clothes fresh and drum from stinking but it’s worse than one I had 15 yrs ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago. I like the steam feature, but encompasses a very long total cycle. The fabric softener dispenser does not empty fully - always has good deal of product left in that slot.
