Nice but loose drum paddle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine operates well and features are nice. However, one of the drum paddles fell off during the first use, and every following use. I tried bending some of the tabs on the drum in and it holds for a few washes now. I don't know why they designed the paddles to be so easily removed. There is a location to add a screw, but it doesn't line up with the inlet port like it should, so you would have to remove the drum to secure it. Living with the situation, but not what you should expect from a new appliance.

love how clean the clothes get

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] like that the clothes can out cleaner then what my old washer. i do like that the clothes come out almost dry. but so time when washing the clothes it seem like the laundry load get shorten in time for example sometimes when you do a quick wash it will say 27 mins and seems like it only washes for 18 mins.
