Overall good, but…..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, we like the washer. However, the normal cycle takes 1 hour and 37minutes. That is an excessive amount of time for a normal cycle. I don’t want to have to choose a specialized cycle to avoid an excessive run time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased his 1 month ago and are happy with our purchase. The only option I wish it had was a better detergent dispenser. The dispenser is very basic and doesn't allow for pods, you have to add them directly to the barrel. I really love he dry barrel and venting system!

easy to operate

Whirlpool is Fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washing machine for about six weeks. It was a bit of a learning curve to figure out all the settings but I am very pleased with the performance thus far. I like that the washer alerts when to clean and the Drum Dry setting is

Very disappointed

Left the pillow I washed totally sodden, and my
previous Duette washer did not do this. I do not like
having to hold down buttons while the washer
works to start. Spin and drain cycle only turns
off manually.
