Not as good as the older model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 13 years with the same machine, I purchased its successor a week ago. Not as good as the old one. Door is all plastic and not as wide. Plastic drawer not as sturdy. Only spins to 1,100 rpm, while prior one was 1,400 rpm. You notice that when taking out jeans and towels that they aren't as spun dry as before. If I could have repaired my old one, which I was told was not repairable, I would have.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think your users manual is a joke. It tells nothing about 'using' the machine. What the functions are for or what they do. All they do is explain how to install the washer.
The display is in Spanish. Why did I receive a machine in Spanish? I'm in an English speaking country! There are no directions in the 'users manual" how to change it ti English, if possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer. I bought this as recommended by my dealer as an exact replacement for my 10yo Whirlpool. While the size and some features are the same as my old one, I was disappointed after installing it to find there’s no drum light, no indicator for when cycle is complete, there’s no load-and-go detergent feature, and the color is matte gray vs the gloss gray on my Whirlpool dryer
