Very little sound when washing.

Great washer, fantastic features

Clothes are coming out so much nicer looking
The machine runs so much more quiet than the one I replaced
Not to mention the water savings uses so much less water than that old machine I used to have I definitely love the Wi-Fi hook up on it
I don’t always hear the tones. The machine plays when the cycle is done so nice having the washer on Wi-Fi as since it signal to my iPhone to let me know the cycle is done.
Definitely highly recommend this washer

NO user manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am convinced this appliance is possesed. It soft boots whenever it wants for unknown reasons. I called the number on the quick start sheet and to register this product and obtain a manual. This company is doing you harm. Not only did I get a run around and never was able to order a user manual but got a VERY HARD sell for an extended warranty. Had to raise by voice after the FOURTH refusal. I am elderly and have very slow internet connection. To print the user manual from the internet would take hours. PLEASE send me a user manual so I know how the steam function works and other features that are a mystery to me. I have purchased Whirlpool products all of my adult life but this is the last one I will purchase and I have already told my daughter Whirlpool should be the last choice.

Not Fond of Computerize Start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer works fine. I do not like the delayed start at all. You have to push and hold for 10 seconds. Then you push buttons to select spin, temperature, and how dirty. It's a computer thing and I fear it will go out long before the washer. The temperature selection is already giving me some trouble. I will keep this but had I realized this before purchasing I would not have bought it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
