Pleased So Far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, far, we have been pleased with our washer. It is quiet and efficient. My only complaint is that the spin cycle is so strong that the washer has a tendency to “dance” a bit. It must be very level.

Dissolving issues for pods and scent booster

Purchased 6 weeks ago, pods do not dissolve properly in about 1/3 of my loads and I am finding some of the scent booster around the rubber ring of the front load washer. Whirlpool was not helpful, they do not provide any phone support, and said a technician would come to the house but would charge if there washer "worked as intended"
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Came up short

When having it installed the drain hose on the new machine was a foot shorter than the old one- making hookup impossible
I called whirlpool and was told I had to pay for a longer hose to allow the new whirlpool machine to be installed where the old whirlpool machine had been
