Easy to operate, AI is doing my laundry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this new washer for 2 weeks. Easy to operate and select the different options of spin speed or water temp. Have only used the normal wash cycle so far. The time of the cycle seems to vary according to the load size, was a bit shorter for smaller load. Had a few questions that were readily answered through the chat feature on the Whirlpool website. Hope this washer lasts as long as my last washer (16 years)!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer at the end of June, have been using it since then and can says that i am extremely pleased with it. I works as advertised, very efficiently and very quietly. It used a very small amount of laundry detergent and so is economical to operate. It seems capable of washing almost anything; I look forward to years of use!

I recently got this machine and am not happy with it. Would love to hear some feedback maybe i'm doing something wrong but why is a towel cycle on light soil level 1 hour and 54 minutes??? My old machine (different brand), same settings was 55 minutes. On average i do 3 loads of towels a week. The amount of time wasted is incomprehensible. There is no light inside the machine so when you reach in to take things out, it's hard to see if you are looking for a specific article of clothing. Another sore point is the slowness of the settings. My old machine took a few seconds to throw in a load. Here it takes time for the machine to turn on and then each setting- soil level, temperature and spin you have to puuush the button and puuush the button until you get to the setting you want. Overall, I do a lot of laundry and I feel like with this machine I will be spending a significant amount of extra time doing laundry... We bought an extended warranty but I am praying the machine breaks quickly so we can replace it...
